Depending on which department you work in, the pay & opportunities for advancement can be very disproportionate. Losing employees to area competitors because they pay more & offer better benefits packages. Lot of recent resignations of mid level & senior level management Recent merger so corporate culture isn't integrated yet. Some employees, including me, went through HR warning process because of trumped-up charges. HR rep told me that he was required to abide by what my supervisor had claimed, even though I could prove the "facts" weren't true. Terrible morale; many employees feel their work is not respected
