    Pros

good work experience. it is easy to have this job and a family life. this is really all the positives that i can give to this particular job. there isn't much to go on.

    Cons

They won't pay you what you're worth. This place has constant money problems and are always in trouble with the feds. Don't have the supplies to do day to day work (paper, ink, toilet paper (yes, Im serious), etc). Checks bounce and no direct deposits. Things are always getting shut off because they didn't pay for the service. Don;t waste your time

    Advice to Management

    hire new management

    Pros

It's there to help the people in the community; but also anyone in need of healthcare, whether you have insurance or not.

    Cons

No communication; no salary increases in over 3 years, but they seem to have money to continue hiring. The CEO of company priorities are very much out of line.

    Advice to Management

Everyone from the CEO down that is in management need to be let go and start over with people who use wisdom, who are spiritual.
