    Pros

    Small organization that provides employees with flexibility and opportunity for growth in a variety of locations throughout the US. The organization is friendly and driven and the rewards programs are exceptional.

    Cons

    Senior Management can be oblivious to numerous aspects outside of HQ. Recent changes in the organization have decreased employee confidence and morale.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce the number of managers within the organization. An organization does not need 1 manager for every 1 employee. 50% of the organization is comprised of mid to senior level managers - At any one time, one employee can report to 3-4 different managers, all who give varying feedback and direction. The lack of consistency from management creates problems for customers, employees, and long term goals.
