I worked at Mack & Associates as a contractor

    Pros

Worked as a temp for them for many years, recently had a very short term assignment. They know their stuff. Also after years of not being with them I was still in their system.

    Cons

No qualms what so ever. The job market is scarce, I'm not getting any real assignments but there seems to be nothing out there anyway.

I have been working at Mack & Associates part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Mack & Associates are extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Within a week of my interview, they placed me on my first assignment and have been receiving temp work ever since.

    Cons

Some of the temp opportunities they have available only pay $11-12 an hour.

I have been working at Mack & Associates as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great way to gain access to top employers while earning money. Mack has relationships with a high caliber of private and public companies who may be willing to pay for temporary services.

    Cons

Work is intermittent, so you may be employed six months at a time or 1 week.

    Advice to Management

Keep being personable and professional. The opportunity to earn a bonus based on employer feedback is an excellent idea.

    Cons

Work could be more frequent but that's how staffing firms are.

I worked at Mack & Associates as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoyed my time with Mack & Associates. I had three temp assignments ranging from a few weeks placements to a few months placement.

My third placement offered me a full time position after a few weeks, and I accepted.

My direct hire contact at Mack negotiated my salary higher to meet my needs, and worked with me every step of the way.

    Cons

I felt very valued as a candidate and thought Mack was extraordinarily organized. No complaints.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.
