    Great office location and ability to virtual office.

    Cons

    Not all the companies in the portfolio are the same, so the rate of growth is different.

    Advice to Management

    I was very excited to start working for this company. The collaborative energy and people made the job enjoyable. Management did not listen to the troops on the ground. Not all the products can be run the same way, so streamlining all the processes make it very difficult. Management needs to take time of year and decision making processes into account.     Pros

    Company is not afraid to spend money when needed.

    Cons

    Lack of SOP and defined processes No clearly defined objectives and responsibilities Poor communication between business units No flexibility / customization when building complex selling opportunities.

    Advice to Management

    Get your processes defined, objectives set and outline job descriptions before trying to gain market share. Have a plan before you act!
