I worked at Macquarie Group as a contractor (More than a year)
Company provided fruits, juices, soda, coffee, water. Could almost survive off the foods and beverages the firm had available. Now that I'm a former "employee" I miss it.
Small company, little room for growth. Still contained the usual bureaucracy, especially due to it being a non-U.S. firm.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you've been doing, but maybe acknowledge the "little" people that keep the company afloat.
