    Really flexible schedules, great hours, lots of overtime and great co workers.

    Cons

    very stressful,lots of favoritism, really rude customers, low end of the pay spectrum.

    I have been working at Macy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great environment and 3 weeks of training to start out. Good place for someone who loves or has experience with customer service. The benefits are great and they really take care of their employees. Fortune 500 company for 100 years. Can't get better than that.

    Cons

    If you don't like customer service or working with and helping people you obviously wont like the job. Other than that It's awesome.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing. Maybe offer bus passes for those who are in training at least.

    You answer in bound calls/no cold calling
    You make decent money
    If you sell the worry no more you can make good Bonuses

    Cons

    Sitting on the phone
    After a few months selling furniture they make you sell mattresses too and push it
    Want you to push customers to upgrade
