Friendly environment with a lot of flexibility given to its employees. Its a low pressure job where you are not often faced with strict deadlines.

Management provides very little motivation to keep you happy. There are times where you will sit and browse the internet for days on end. You can ask for work from management, but many times, they will just give you a few quick projects that only last a few hours, and you are back to the Internet.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to pay more attention to their associates. They do a very good job of providing flexibility, and don't often put much pressure on their employees, but they do very little to encourage personal growth and advancement.
