    Coworkers are wonderful. If you work hard you can get extra hours.

    Two supervisors were disorganized, inexperienced, verbally abusive poor communicators.

    Find a way to motivate your employees. An employee should make coworker's jobs easier, not harder. Employees should understand how their performance affects others. Employees tend to see themselves in a vacuum. There is no "context" provided. The mottos are: "Do as little as possible, or only what is necessary;" Only do your job;" and "Stay in your lane."       Flexible Schedule, Easy work, OK Pay, Nice Coworkers

      Cons

      At my location there was always an issue with the scheduling due to the manager. Also there are credit card goals that can be hard to reach because most customers are not spending a large amount in Backstage because it is an outlet section. Also most customers that come in already have a Macy's card.

      Be efficient when making schedules and make realistic goals.
