    Pros

Employee discount. Meet new people. Easy and fast paced. Benefits were good.

    Cons

New management. Needs work especially the store manager. not flexible with school.

    Advice to Management

Store manager needs to be more friendlier. Management needs to stop micromanaging. Support associates. Less district visits whom dont appreciate associates hard work. Treat everyone equal. And look at the associate hard work and recognize them. Not just one person. .let people grow in the company based on their work ethics and not based on how many points they have.

    Pros

Flexible, works with student life balance, fun

    Cons

Short hours, not enough pay, you do work outside of fragrances if they need you

    Advice to Management

Don’t hire too many people into seasonal fragrances, there were too many people who didn’t know what to do while at work. Finish the Associate training. Did not receive on the floor training.

    Advice to Management

Create "set" schedules for employees. It allows more flex time for staff to plan events outside of work. It enables staff to enjoy their days off.
