    Pros

Fun and enjoyable, especially if you like working with people.

    Cons

Lack of communication in management. Lack of management sharing responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Everyone should take their role seriously. Everyone should be responsible for their role and should provide the service they are intended to provide. Treat your employees fairly and don't bump someone's title up unless they earn it, not because they are your favorite. All talk and no action does qualify you for the job.
