    Advice to Management

You know what employees work hardest, treat them right and pay them their worth instead of using them up until they get tired and leave . . this is why your turnover rate is so high, treating workers like crap. it was so stressful working their and you got no acknowledgement for your hard work. I feel sorry for new employees working into this trap.
