Senior leadership has good direction, Great people to work with, company is very involved in the community, management tries to keep you engaged with holiday parties, etc, summer hours
Brick and Mortar industry, pay is well below industry standard, micro management is common. Some managers are terrific, some fall on other end of spectrum.
Advice to Management
Pay your employees what the market dictates and you won't see an exodus to the "bigger" companies (GE, P&G, Kroger, 5/3, etc) in the area.
