    Some days calls never stop Some managers are more attentive than others really luck of draw depending on the department and who's team you join. But the good outweighs the bad

    -Nothing to do, mostly just standing around -Despite this, talking to coworkers was frowned upon -Constantly having to pretend like you’re doing something

    I met a lot of amazing people. Taught me to be my own cheerleader.

    Cons

    A lot of talk and no action. Unless that action is firing a bunch of people. Then no talk needed. Advancement was prioritized by popularity not by skill. My skills after years of doing the job at a lower rate eventually got me the actual job but only because I was not willing to brown nose my way to the top.
