    I worked at Macy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, fun working environment, fast paced

    Cons

Why, why the managers are so rude and unhelpful. They have attitude, not to mention about the co-workers who had been there for a little more than a year. They treat new associates with attitude, stealing commission and try to ask for a help (cause there was no training) they roll their eyes on you. For that much work stress you also have to deal with these managers who don't care for the associates at all. All they care if for you to open credit cards and demand... I thought this was a serious company and equal opportunity for everyone but NO. there is a big discrimination. They only promote their favorites, no matter how hard you work they won't notice that...

    Advice to Management

Associates are not your slaves, treat them with more respect as you want to be respected. We all come to work and don't want to deal with arrogant and rude people with attitude. What is your role as a manager if not supporting, assisting, motivating your associates, especially the new ones...smh

    Advice to Management

My manager was great, the store manager she was rude. If she didn't like something from you she would send one of the department managers. She acts like she cares but she doesn', I never really interacted with her. I did try some times but it seem like she didn't like me. So I stayed away from her way.
