I have been working at Macy's part-time (Less than a year)

    My department has nice managers.

Hours, first I was working plenty then they hired so many seasonal associates they cant give any hours so now I am working significantly less. Also I am required to join the union which is rediculous, it costs $45 to join and then another $5 per pay check. I can't afford to barley pay my rent as it is and they want to take more money out from that. Also I keep getting spider bites and 1 of which I had to go to the hospital for because I got blood poising from it and did I get paid time off? No. And on thanksgiving they did not pay time and a half.
