    I worked at Macy's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Easy work made good friends

    Cons

The people are money hungry for commission they go crazy if they think you stole their customer. It was seasonal and if you dont open up a million cards you wont get hired on.

    I worked at Macy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very fun place to work at with kind people. Management leaves you alone let you do your job without constant feedback.

    Cons

    Low income, No benefits .

    Advice to Management

Pay employees better, Give customers too much discount now company is closing losing money.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Ok, pay above Fl minimum wage.
    All scheduling is online :)

    Cons

Management is only concerned about filling in the schedule. They do not care or sometimes allow you to take your paid 15 minute break.
If someone calls in, you make up for it in your department by overworking.

    Advice to Management

Step up, and get to know your employees and may'be you can retain the good ones.
You can work/ sale items too as a retail SALES manager...
