    Pros

Worked with great people, mentors in this company. In my early years when a separate division, enjoyed career immensely. As company merged to one, my opinions have changed.

    Cons

Work schedule became more challenging, not ideal for work/life balance. As economy has changed, retail environment has been more challenging.

    I worked at Macy's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

As a Loss Prevention Manager, I was able to recruit and hire my own team. I was able to make the schedule for the Loss Prevention department in the store and that was valuable for my personal work life balance.

    Cons

As a Loss Prevention Manager, I had to be available 24 hours a day. The location I worked in had many alarm system problems. This meant multiple calls to drive to the store to reset alarm.
