    I worked at Macy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

My time at Macy's was fine. The pay was about $9/hr plus a commission component. It averaged to about $12-$13/hr. This was only for work before I went off to school, but the management is there to help you. Push the store credit cards, and you'll be recognized endlessly just like how I was.

    Cons

The type of customers that enter range from affluent all the way to trying to save pennies on the dollar if they can. These are things however that you simply cannot control.
