    Pros

Employee appreciation, great discounts. Friendly, Good managers.

    Cons

I am working at macys for 2yrs now,and apparently there are ups and downs just like in a family, but By the end of the day we are all macys family and I consider macys as my second home. All it takes is being patient.

    Advice to Management

All the managers in Macys Roseville are friendly, supportive and I am blessed to have a role model. Iam looking upto to them and become a great manager like them after I graduate.

    I worked at Macy's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Both Team and Individual-based. Start early, end early.

    Cons

Have to start early, not as creative as it could be. Everything is pretty much written out to what you need to have. It's very physical.

    Advice to Management

Have more one on one time with new employees. Don't rely on just the people who work below you.

    Pros

Macy's was my first job and I would recommend. Excellent management, great discounts, and usually great coworkers (besides holiday associates).

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Keep doing your employee appreciation events, they do help.
