I have been working at Macy's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

when I started 3years ago right after Highschool at Macy's I thought I just wanted a paycheck that would cover my personal need, Little did I know that this is the place I would come out of the shy shell and inspire my coworkers to do the same. I really would like to thank all my manager Holly and all other managers most importantly the store manager Derrek who inspired, motivated and challenged me to work harder every single day. I was only an immigrant with limited English when I started and in 3 years Now am a business degree holder from a two year and I would love with the company.

    Cons

pay rate doesn't reflect on the position and the experience.

I have been working at Macy's full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great people. Fun leading a team and making connections. Get to run your business.

    Cons

Work life balance is difficult as a store manager. You will need to be there at all hours of the day and most weekends. Not much support with payroll hours so many executives are forced to staff the sales floor, including store managers.
