Management plays favoritism when it came to moving up,managers and supervisors lying to get you in trouble, HR not neutral when it comes to problems always siding with managers, supervisors and directors.

I worked as a seasonal recruiter for Macy's Logistics. If you are looking to start a career in Human Resources, this is a great place to start. Recruiters utilize software that is popular in the HR/ Recruiting field (PeopleSoft, Taleo, MyEscreen). We also learned interview/ communication skills and important employment laws.

    Cons

Low pay (due to being seasonal)
    No Benefits (for seasonal associates)

HR leadership team and Management puts on a good front of getting along. There is a lot of back stabbing, lying and gossip. No one trust anyone, all at the expense of the employees which is so sad.
