Ability to easily pick up shifts
InSite employee website made it easy track your hours, pay request time off etc...
Low stock made it hard to sell which resulted in upset customers and would make it almost impossible to hit sales goal.
Having to open new accounts was dreadful.
Very rude and catty coworkers made it uncomfortable
Low pay with too many expectations and responsibility.
False promises of money for reporting theft that led to a case I was promised I'd still be getting the money after my separation from company. I've spoken to the theft prevention department numerous times and they keep giving me excuses, but promise the money, almost 7 months later, still no money. The theft I reported was almost $4,000, way to show your appreciation to your employees.
Advice to Management
Be more available and provide more support to your staff
