    I worked at Macy's part-time (Less than a year)


    You can take a random day off without penalty.


    2 and 3 hour shifts and late evenings in a commission area is not worth my time. No work life balance. Gas cost me more a day then I was getting paid. They kept promising to fix it, but never did. Horrible experience.

    Advice to Management

    Consider for a moment your workers that have families and want family time. Get rid of any shift less than 4 hours because it is not worth one's time. Listen and react, and don't make promises to do so and then not react.
