Flexible hours, great team to work with, stylish presentation
No high pay, Prefer the option to wear far more comfortable shoes
I have been working at Macy's part-time (More than 5 years)
Flexible schedule, that's pretty much it.
Ugh, where do I begin?? Well for one management at my store is poor. It's all about preferential treatment. No professionalism whatsoever. There is one particular manager who flaunts himself in front of other employees, completely unprofessional and not to mention unethical. Their push for credit applications are ridiculous, good luck trying to get them to acknowledge you unless you open one. If you want to succeed at macy's, make sure you kiss ALOT of ass, and make nice with the managers. That would ensure you move up, and to the rest of us good luck!!!
Advice to Management
Stop favoring certain employees!!!!
