Great environment with caring associates who help each other.
The call center wants you in your seat and available for calls 100% of the time with a 2 % margin for error. Use your 2% for incidentals like bathroom breaks ONLY. The smell of the carpet.
Advice to Management
If management cannot be expected to adhere to a set schedule 98% of the time then why is this expected of your hourly employees. Management should be held to a higher standard and metrics. The employee surveys (regarding management) should be anonymous. Retaliation should not be tolerated.
