I worked at Macy's full-time (More than 10 years)
I had been given independence in work.
Got one promotion along with a Top performer award after 5 years.
There were no further growth prospects.
Salary did not increase sufficiently despite excellent appraisals every year.
Advice to Management
Every person needs incentive to work and proportionate yearly increase in salary.
Bonus must be shared by all, as all contribute to the growth of a company.
