    Pros

Working at Macy's you usually have very lovely coworkers and the the discount can come in handy.

    Cons

The way back of the house discounts work is a nuisance. The pressure to get people to sign up for credit is almost predatory, and overall the job isn't fulfilling.

I worked at Macy's part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Good environment and discounts, also nice break rooms.

    Cons

Scheduling was sometime difficult, especially when they did not take into consideration that you are using public transportation. Also when I went back the next year since I had just worked the holiday season, someone I had worked with before spoke with me then said let me go see what we have available for you and left the room. She came back a few minutes later and said, "Oh we don't have anything for you, come shop...
