I have been working at Macy's full-time for more than a year

          Pros

You have the opportunity to pick up great hours. Also, you have the flexibility to to swap shifts or give away shifts, or pick up shifts.

          Cons

They don't schedule enough workers to put away clothes so tons of racks form by the end of the week.

          Advice to Management

Schedule atleast 3 people to come in from 7a.m. to 11 a.m. two to three times a week to work on put backs. Particularly at the VA Greenbrier location.

I worked at Macy's part-time for more than a year

          Pros

Working at Macy's is great. There are three employment options full time, part-time, and flex. Flex schedule allows you to pick up shifts on your time.

          Cons

During the week, there is less foot track and not much to do.

I worked at Macy's part-time for more than a year

          Pros

Ability to pick up shifts almost anywhere, potential for benefits and upward mobility

          Cons

Part time means 10-20 hours a week and you’ll probably have to get extra hours in departments you don’t know. Management only cares about numbers. If it’s a store that works on commission, it’s imposisble to make any money off it if you work in a slow department.

          Advice to Management

Care more about your employees and listen to them when they have thoughts/concerns.
