I worked at Madden Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly people to work with that have been there for many years. Trainers are very knowledgeable and wiling to help and are patient with new hires. Opportunity to work with big clients and learn extra office skills.

    Cons

Outdated technology. Outdated office. Chairs and other basic office essentials are not the best quality. Training can be overwhelming depending on computer skills.

    Advice to Management

Update offices!! The employees are so loyal to the company, reward them!

    Pros

    -Great training program
-Management is relatively transparent & shows true care for their work & employees

    Cons

I worked at Madden Communications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Used to be a "family" run company that took care of their long term dedicated employees.

    Cons

They have now turned into a bunch of bean counters that are way too heavy in the mid level management dept. You will get stabbed in the back when voicing legitament concerns. Some employees get away with physical violence agaist fellow employees. There are also huge coverups when jobs bounce while the perpetrators of the monetary loss get away with it.

    Advice to Management

Sell out to RR Donnelley because they are eating you up anyways.
