      Pros

The communication and the company outlook is improving. A lot of changes have been made to improve the overall outlook for the company. It seems there will be many more opportunities in the future.

      Cons

The company vision has not always been clear. Upper management should keep communicating and being open for questions.

Dedicated people who delivered and documented results for their clients.

      Pros

You owned your projects and relationships. You were able to independently manage projects and clients without too much oversight from upper management.

      Cons

Upper management wasn't able to hold onto the existing clients, nor secure new clients. Madden went out of business.

Steady decline - Don’t be fooled by older reviews. This was once a great company, but hasn’t been in a decade.

      Pros

After losing several clients and laying off most of their full time staff in 2018 there isn’t much farther they can fall.

      Cons

Dishonesty about the constant layoffs. Upper management is blind to the people in their company working against them. The environment is toxic and expectations are inconsistent.

While it is true that we have become a smaller company over the last two years, we still have great clients and a viable and profitable business with no intention of "closing the doors".

Company is evolving and moving in the Right Direction

      Pros

Good Pay, compared to other similar industries. Small company with good roots. Madden had problems in the past with not changing and keeping up with innovation. I think that upper management is finally paying attention to the needs of their employees. They have implemented a program for employee recognition and "perks" and are taking a closer look at how to keep morale up and enable managers to develop and be a support system for their employees.

      Cons

Still in a transitional phase, so patience is needed while these promised improvements take flight. It seems that no matter how much Madden's business prospers or how successfully they meet or exceeds their earning targets, none of that goes back to the employees who made it happen. It fosters a feeling of disappointment and distrust amongst employees. The feeling is that the money that is produced by Madden's teams is shared amongst the executive management only. Some may not care about this as long as they are earning their paycheck, but most do care.
