    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The job itself wasn't bad but the contrived deadlines and expectations were way too strict. This on top of management not enforcing the staff to be accountable to these deadlines. Terrible environment

    Cons

Management is cheap and cuts corners whenever it comes to money. No annual raises were given even when deserved. Bonuses were measly and insulting given the amount of work that was expected to be produced

    Advice to Management

Reward your employees. They work hard and don't deserve to be treated like they are there to answer to your every whim (personal and professional). Allow new programs to be added and shared. The company will prosper if everyone feels like they are vested in the company
