    Great place to work. Can be a lot of fun and the pay is pretty good.

    Cons

    Beware of management in the suites department. There's definitely a great deal of inequality and poor management at the top. There is no room for advancement either.

    Advice to Management

    Stop trying to block new ambitious professionals. Teach and groom those under you it will only serve to enhance and improve your team.

    It is a well known organization that demands much of its staff. The work is always challenging with innovation and creativity rewarded.

    Cons

    In fast paced environments, errors happen. Upper management is risk adverse. It makes it difficult to try new ideas. This culture rewards old-school thinking and discourages new age techniques.

    Friendly staff. Great opportunity to improve customer service skills. Get to see a free show. Enjoyed the chance of seeing celebrities at some events.

    Seasonal employment. Pay hourly needs to be higher. Required to work holidays as needed.

    Get to work numerous events, Concerts plus is able to get earn a pay increase depending on much hours you work

    very strict on availability and lateness. Will not hesitate to submit you to disciplinary actions if needed,
