    Great people and upper management, decent benefits, beautiful office building.

    Advice to Management

    Hire quality employees across all departments and ensure that the leadership in each department is open and transparent with regard to the direction given to their employees. Create a clear focus and mission for the company. Maintain integrity - especially amongst leadership. Be honest with employees.
