I worked at Maersk Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Dynamic and interesting industry. Personally, I had a great manager and an awesome director. The learning and development opportunities are real therefore, full of room to growth.

    Cons

Too much internal processes and old systems (until I was there) + deep restructuring every 2-3 years. Salaries can be improved and overall conditions more transparent in the different job bands

I worked at Maersk Group full-time

    Pros

    - The culture, you meet some good people - Decent pay

    Cons

    - Management is incompetent, to say the least - NO training, they basically throw you to the wolves - They don't value their employees; everyone is dispensable, no matter how much value you offer to the company - Work loads are not distributed evenly, at all - They don't value employee feedback/opinions - Favoritism, affecting your advancement within the company
