Pros

In short, it has great company culture, friendly faces, exciting tasks/projects. It is a great company, especially for expats/immigrants considering it fulfills both social and technical aspects of a company. Also, the food is amazing. In addition, the location of the company is quite central.

Cons

Salary is low compared to Munich standards for software engineers. The company is in transition phase and tries new practices each now and then. Tough it was a lot more stable while I was leaving.

As a student you don´t get all the benefits (trainings and so on) and have no paid vacation.

The people in this company are all great to work with! If you are working from the office, the food is fantastic too.

Very little if any training is provided past initial onboarding, employee development is not their strong suit. Pay is average at best, raises are disappointing and very hard to get.

Focused too much on the computer science and neglect the other engineering fields. They do not optimise the full potential of the employees in some departments.
