    Pros

The work is good with their hours. You will be self coconfidential and self sufficient

    Cons

There's poor communication between the operational unit and management unit

    Advice to Management

There should be free flow of communication from the top of the organization to the bottom.

    I worked at Maggiano's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The management at the location where I worked was very attentive. I felt like my coworkers really cared about helping each other. Great teamwork from my coworkers and great support staff.

    Cons

If you don't like working for a large company then this may not be for you. There are a lot of steps of service which can be an adjustment for some but if you have worked in nicer restaurants it's nothing new.

    Advice to Management

    keep being awesome.

    I worked at Maggiano's full-time

    Pros

It was a fun job, big place to work at. It's usually busy and you can make good money. Good team meetings to make sure things go smoothly.

    Cons

The servers make more money than the bartenders which is why I wanted to move out of bartending. They were accomodating to me and moved me though, which was great.

    I worked at Maggiano's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice management. Nice teamwork. Good location . Very busy at times. Never a shortage of business. Very easy interview process. Although if you are a veteran server this position is not for you. You will make a fraction of what you are used to with more work than necessary. Great job for someone starting out in the service industry.

    Cons

This position is a lot of manual labor. You are doing the job of server, busser runner, baretender. There is no support staff. You are paid a somewhat higher hourly rate so people don't always leave gratuity. You are working much harder and making a very low wage

    Advice to Management

Have a support staff to work within banquets. Servers wouldn't get burned out so quickly.
