    Pros

    Work-life balance
    Nicest people
    Realistic Calendar

Even with some cons, these pros make it enjoyable to come to work. :)

    Cons

    No raise
    Frequent layoffs
    Under staffed

    Advice to Management

Teams need enough staffs. A lot of teams are very under staffed and it makes it very difficult to do people's job right.

I worked at Maggy London full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I felt like I learned a lot, my supervisor, while extremely overworked, had my back and tried to give me guidance. When we were in the same page I felt like we worked as a great team.

    Cons

Upper Management was terrible. People were often disrespectful, condescending and unprofessional. Way too often I heard colleagues of mine being yelled at like children or worse, cursed at.

    Under payed!
Not enough room for growth (at the time I was there)
    Hours were too long

    Advice to Management

Give employees thorough yearly reviews and compensate them accordingly. Also, be respectful to ALL of the employees

I have been working at Maggy London full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management is great and always value your opinion. The workplace is fun and upbeat and every possible amenity is offered to you. This was my first real job and I learned a lot from the people who work here.

    Cons

Located in Midtown so although the commute is easy (I come from Jersey) the crowds never seem to disappear.

    Pros

I have been working at Maggy London for about 6 months now and have to say I always think about how happy I am to have gotten a job here. I am part of the e-commerce team and although it is a pretty small team our value to the company is clear. One of the best parts about the company is the management. After hearing many horror stories from my friends about their bosses I could not be more happy about mine. Not only do all of my bosses know who I am, they are actively involved in my day to day and constantly asking me for my opinion. This truly is a great place to work if you are to learn a lot and become a real asset to a groundbreaking team!

    Cons

nothing i love absolutely love working here!

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work!

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There are none at this company.

    Cons

Disorganized company. Worst attitudes. The CEO is extremely focused on money. He does not care about the company culture, benefits, salaries, work ethic, or training people to become leaders in their roles. He sucks the life and joy out of fashion and eventually yourself.
No one in the company is genuine nor can be trusted.

    Advice to Management

Focus on creating a culture, a company vision and treating your employees well. Unsilo your organization and feel an ounce of empathy towards people.
