    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Magna IV Engineering full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

some of the fellow slaves are good people

    Cons

No set schedule, always on call, safety is completely reactive, huge disconnect between the office and the field staff who work insane hours, if work is slow you could sit for weeks on end.

    Advice to Management

Learn what it is like to work in the conditions you demand of your employees instead of lording in your palace.

    Pros

Worked with Field Services for a couple of years, its a good learning experience for tech's or newly graduate Engineers who want to see real-life application of what you learned from University.

    Cons

At field services, you are always out of town, good money though..

    Advice to Management

Management could provide a transition stage for people who want to move departments..
