    Pros

    Contact with good companies..
    Placements in good companies

    Cons

Worst HR & Finance deptts... They will not even reply your emails once and always leave you in trouble by generating your wrong data in the system. Even PF details are filled up wrongly by them. They are least bothered about the employees. They are busy in their money making only. Shame on the management.

    Pros

They do good comparing to other consultant companies. Ease access to HR team.

    Cons

There is no much employee benefits. As consultant do, they don't offer any bench systems and whenever you lost job at client side will be thrown away. No any normal leave or medical benefits from company.

I worked at Magna Infotech (India) full-time

    Pros

    Salary does come on time.

    Cons

Don't just focus on clients, focus on carriers of employees by following industry standards.

    Advice to Management

Don't play with carriers of employees of other organization by just giving them one week time to join your organization even when they tell you that they have to serve at least 2 months of notice period. I know it's upto the employee but don't you think you are giving them motive to do something very wrong which will spoil their entire carrier.
