    We are a strictly international company with team members from very different origins. Management is also very passionate.This can be sometimes difficult for people to adapt if they are not familiar with a multicultural company.

    Upper Management does not care about any situation, they leave you alone, currently we have a high rotation and they have not hire anybody, even with my direct boss pushing to hire somebody, upper management does not care about the situation. -Lack of process on site or process unknown or Lack to follow the process -Lack of Guidance (Projects, carrier path) -Poor Great Place to Work Results -Toxic work environment...

    Great Manufacturing Engineering & Quality Engineering peers. Friendly and helpful technicians

    Cons

    Incompetent Management. Too many leaders with no clue of what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the basics of business, else the plant will shut down very soon. Advice to Upper Management in Italy - Seriously vet your management team onsite. Some of them are just acting busy/ just saving their own jobs.

    Technically you can learn lot of new things and some good people are available to support.

    Cons

    1.Better not to describe about HR.First most worst . 2.Pay and benefits are not up to the mark. 3.The project planning is very bad and work pressure is more .
