    Good process to learn. Tech work is ok.

    Cons

    Since its a service based organization, most of the work becomes routine in short time. But then cant blame the organization as thats what they do.

    Advice to Management

    Invest some money in R&D also.

    Good ELTP training for freshers.
    100% variable payout every month if you are on the project.
    Good infrastructure, Good work environment.

    Cons

    Appraisal cycles are delayed every time.
    You may get trained on one technology and assign a project with different technology !
    Most of the support projects have rotational shifts.

    You get to work with some of the best architects.
    Good development projects.

    Cons

    After Satyam/Mahindra Satyam is taken over by Tech Mahindra, It has lost some of the good clients
    very less development projects as compared to when it was Satyam/Mahindra Satyam.
    Very less hikes

    Advice to Management

    Please consider the salary of the associate before claiming that you are giving hikes as per industry standards.
    For eg : For an associate whose annual package is 3 LPA, 10% or 12% won't make much difference.
