The worst work experience ever, that at least taught me everything one should avoid to do a good job.

      Pros

Flexible working hours. You can do what you want because no one is really controlling and the superiors are not really able to judge a good or bad job because they have no idea of what they are managing.

      Cons

Terrible organisation. Complete lack of communication, be it vertical or horizontal. Gossiping is the only way news or information are delivered. Inexperienced and Clueless management that are unable to manage the teams. At the same time, the ignorance of the managers makes it impossible for them to choose appropriately their team members and foster their abilities. Mail.Ru is a Russian company and will always be, no matter if they move to Europe (be it Germany or Holland) or the US. There is a clear distinction between russian and not russian workers, being the latter always "second class".

      Cons

operate in the Russian market and do not have real value proposition beyond it. Loyalty is not a value and HR is a Joke as well as product marketing.
