    Great purpose, modern tech stack

    Not a lot of freedom for developers, to few new projects. A lot of old project with legacy coodebase that you need to support

    - fancy office with Google-like facilities
    - free coffee

    - light forms of sexual harrasment (such as sexist jokes in a man-dominated teams )is a part of corporate culture
    - poor organisation
    -bad management - no feedback, bad time allocation
    -people working there are not the brightest

    a wonderful office and great working conditions. if you are lucky with the team, then you in paradise

    Cons

    the most cancerous bureaucracy. often people who are in positions of responsibility are not professionals in the industry and have got into these places in an incomprehensible way. incompetent managers turn work into a terrible hell!

    Excellent office, there is a fresh-bar, a playground for tennis and basketball, a gym, a massage, a psychologist. In the office there are a lot of IT and design conferences.
