RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Mailjet full-time
Pros
Working at Mailjet was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. A group of really passionate, smart individuals. There are a few offices spread across Europe and the US, but everyone works hard to communicate and collaborate despite the distance. Great work hard, play hard mentality.
Cons
Typical growing pains of any startup of this size. Email is a hard industry to break into, but we made some really great waves within the first two years of entering the US market. The team seems to have continued to grow since then.

Neutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Mailjet full-time for more than a year
Pros
People are awesome. That is all that matters.
Cons
Company is scaling across North America still so there are "growing pains". Lot of things to still figure out in terms of processes, KPIs, etc.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Mailjet full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Working with people from everywhere, great elements, talented and international overall...
Cons
I would do not recommend. Daily pressure and stress, no trust, don't put you on the spotlight because the CEO does not like it. Goals are hard to reach, you should be extremely resourceful, do not ask for extra budget or raise. The CEO just likes a few people, talks badly to the others, get them fired when he dislikes them, acts in a very autocratic and unprofessional way.
Advice to Management
Improve communication between teams Improve the well-being of employees

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Mailjet full-time for more than a year
Pros
There are a lot of great elements in the team -it's actually really international and talented overall...
Cons
..But it's all ruined because of the management, especially the CEO, the marketing and the HR. The CEO just likes a few people, talks badly to the others, get them fired when he dislikes them, acts in a very autocratic and unprofessional way. In terms of HR, there is no policy to retain talents, despite the initial promises. Payroll is average and there's no bonus or extra PTO to compensate. You should follow the... management blindly or leave if you're not happy -which a lot of people are doing actually.

Look around: someday you'll be left with only a bunch of unexperienced newcomers because you couldn't retain anyone with such a poor management...
