I would not recommend working here due to my experience with the CEO. In my experience, communication was often very unclear, expectations changed frequently and I was expected to perform as though I already understood internal systems without proper onboarding or guidance. It frequently felt as if I was expected to know things automatically, or read minds, without any communication or instructions. When questions are raised for clarification, responses can be dismissive or hostile rather than supportive. Interactions frequently felt belittling and made it difficult to collaborate effectively or complete work efficiently. Professionalism and respectful communication from the CEO were inconsistent, which made the role unnecessarily stressful. Overall very disappointing experience.
