    Pros

Typical Government Consulting. If your client is good then it's okay.

    Cons

Start a mentor ship program or develop a growth plan. Very stagnant unless you leave the company and return for a raise and promotion.

    Pros

If you want to sit on your butt all day and do nothing, no one's going to notice/care.
    Benefits are decent.

    Cons

Few individuals seem to stay for more than a few months; talented, decent people leave quickly. Leadership completely vacant.
    Salary does not cover COL.
Massive incompetence from internal department to HR.

    Advice to Management

You guys know there's a massive turnover problem. Maybe you should get on that.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at ManTech full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

9/80 work week, decent work/life balance, company sponsored gatherings. Lot of opportunity to change positions.

    Cons

In order to save money they will have one person doing the work of 2-3 people and not pay for the increase in duties. Benefits are expensive (High Anthem Deductibles).

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people that make you look good. Stop taking people for granted.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at ManTech full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management appreciates the employees. Doesn't micro manage and are available to discuss anything regardless of their 'rank' or employee's position in the company

    Cons

The onboarding process can be unclear. Many forms are online or there are followup forms that come in the mail. I'd rather have one package presented in hard copy on the orientation day.

    Advice to Management

Have some more potlucks or educational brown bags
