    I worked at Management Development Institute of Singapore

    Pros

    Good Canteen and affordable for staffs and student. Colleagues were very helpful but beyond stressed.

    Cons

    Chaotic workload, understaffed due to revolving door of runners. Badly managed by an indochinese dictatorship. Bonded labour - illegal in N America n Europe ! Growing too quickly without structure.

    Advice to Management

    Sell up to a N American / European Uni

    Pros

    Surprised to see some unpleasant review here but my 4 years experience is good with a understanding boss and fun loving colleagues. I was promoted in my 2nd year

    Cons

    Improve annual rewards to higher percentage and be more open

    Advice to Management

    I am lucky to have a good head but heard from other colleagues one or two are not understanding

    Very much autocratic. Almost no freedom. Does not value and appreciate employees.

    People are nice, training is always available but on weekends, good values system and encouraging environment

    Poor staff retention, sticky working hours, no work-life balance, dictatorship leadership
