    I have been working at Management Development Institute of Singapore for less than a year

    Pros

    Don't ever think of Pros in this company.

    Cons

    1. Poor management style. One man decision, you only have to listen to what management decision. Voice up will not be considered at all. 2. Dino era of HR policies. anyone who come on late will eventually lead to the pay deduction. Inflexible working hours. Note that, no appreciation will be given even you OT for few hours. 3. Huge political environment. Beware of people who only think themselves and back stab...

    Advice to Management

    Change all the useless management team members who are sleeping. Appreciate your employees effort, they are Human not a robotic. Do not expect your employees will appreciate you if you don't appreciate your employees.

    I have been working at Management Development Institute of Singapore full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Some colleagues are nice but all left due to the stupid management do not know how to retain good people..

    Cons

    Challenges are educating those people who think that they know the market very well whereby they have not even step into the market ever before and yet commenting on your proposals.

    Advice to Management

    Change the racist Indians please. Continue like that, better close down.
