Pros
Flexible schedule and some ability to work from home. Casual dress. Free parking although it is off site and requires taking a shuttle. Nice people generally but that is more a function of how people are in Pittsburgh overall rather than the company culture.
Cons
The culture in the company is very poor. There is a lot of finger pointing and blame between departments. The benefits are extremely poor. You can't add a spouse or family to your health insurance without paying an outrageous amount of money. Data processors are paid substandard wages relative to the industry. Given the importance of that particular job in this particular company, this is unacceptable. The coding (data processing) staff are expected to perform work at a much higher level than is normal for the industry and are paid far less. The job requires the equivalent of a college degree to perform properly and is paid at the level of a retail associate who may or may not have obtained a GED. The facilities also need a major upgrade.
