    Very flexible place to work you can get weekends off you can get weekdays off all the overtime you want staff is like one big family equal opportunity employer

    Working with the students, paid time off, company paid life insurance and long term disability insurance

    Cons

    Once you make one of the managers or directors mad you may as well look for another job because you will never be promoted.

    Work in a position for a week or two before you make a change that will impact the department.

    None. Ok, ok- the students are amazing.

    Cons

    Extreme disorganization, low pay, low morale, high turnover, extremely difficult job, no payment for lesson planning or any preparation.

    Advice to Management

    Pay people more. Do not promote the revolving door culture. Respect teachers. Respect students. Hire qualified special education teachers (yes, they cost a lot of money). Do not underpay staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pay is low. Some of the management team are not good leaders.

    Pros

    Nothing. Pay is terrible for risking your life every day with convicted felons. Rank is terrible from warden down to sergeant.

    Cons

    Terrible rank, inmates are treated better than employees, pay, rank looks for reason to fire their employees everyday while bringing in contraband for inmates.

    Advice to Management

    Shut it down.
