    Corporate tax cuts + good employees =
    Competitive Pay
    Your costs will be much higher if you have a revolving door simply due to this one issue.

    Pros

    Some good coworkers, good free lunch, clean facility.

    Cons

    No backup, no support, no good wages, supervisors and wardens indifferent, mean and lazy. Short of staff, no full or barely lunch and breaks. Runs perfect during inspections. Labor and sexual harassment.

    Advice to Management

    MTC corporate knows about the bad management but they are a franchise that cares about money, not employees. Is a kind of exploitation and mental slavery where nobody can say nothing until the employee is mentally injured.

    Abuse of power for those in leadership positions and pay is low.

    Advice to Management

    Hire the correct employees and promote people based on their work ethics not to fill a vacant position. Increase the pay
